Cancellation policy is published on the individual flyer for each event. Written notice is required via letter, fax, or email. In general, earlier notification will result in a larger refund. Cancellations received, IN WRITING, at least 10 days prior will result in a full refund. After that, refund is pro-rated. ''No-shows" are a serious problem for companies like ours. Expenses are incurred in printing and food preparation. Additionally, for a "sold-out" event, other potential registrants have been turned away, based on projections of a "full house". If you wait until Seminar Day, NO show = NO Credit / NO Refund.
