Registration for our events may be done in
several ways:
You may download a flyer from the appropriate EVENT page
for one of our events and complete the bottom section and
mail or fax it in.
• You may contact us by phone and talk
to a staff member (this phone is NOT staffed 24/7, but please
leave a message.)
• You may send us an email with information about
you and the dates you want to attend (check or credit card
info to be sent separately.)
• You may click on the link below to register securely
through the internet. You will begin at the "shopping
cart section". When you have selected the correct category,
a "1" will appear by default in the window of
the item in which you may be interested. Even though a '1'
appears the item is not actually selected until you select
the blue 'ADD TO CART' button. Screens after that will collect
address and credit card information.
• Our normal way to confirm receipt of your registration
is via the email address that YOU provide. If you register
via the internet, you will receive TWO emails (one, an auto-responder
from the website, confirming details of the transaction
and the second from a representative of our company with
additional details about the event for which you have registered.)
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you don't receive the 2nd email [directly
from our office], within a couple of days - PLEASE call
210.320.7330 and make sure that we have you on our list
for your event.
